For too long, decisions have been made without real community input — that has to change. Luther believes Honea Path town leaders should be visible, available, and transparent. He’ll work to make planning processes and town assets easy to access and understand, so citizens are informed, included, and respected every step of the way.

We’ve started bringing energy back to Main Street with events, art, new businesses, and local pride — but small businesses can’t do it alone. As mayor, Luther will work to attract more visitors, support entrepreneurs, and build on what’s already working to turn our downtown into a vibrant, welcoming center for community life and local income.
Support Families & Build Community Spirit
Families in Honea Path deserve safe, welcoming spaces to connect and grow. Luther supports creating walking trails, a small community garden, and public areas where neighbors can come together. With realistic goals and volunteer support, these projects can strengthen our sense of community — one step at a time.
